Vienna High School has developed high school level course work that provides students opportunities to be exposed to experiences related to careers in the human services and social work sector. According to JobsEQ, which provides regional employment data, the human services sector has a high need for employees currently and projects a demand for  a need for more employees over the next decade. This comprehensive program allows for real life hands-on experiences, dual credit coursework, resume building, and various other in-depth opportunities. The program has linkage to and partnership with Arrowleaf, which is a well-known human services provider in the Southern Illinois region.
